My approach to AI in my business is slow and steady. You can pay for a course to quickly learn things that may or may not pertain to your buisness. OR you can take time to examine each new AI thing and see if it’s something you need.

How did we get it all done BEFORE A.I. ?

That takes time you may not have in your business. There are only so many hours in a day. How do you figure out what to do without constantly putting out fires and missing deadlines?

I like to use a daily planner- it’s digital but I enjoy printing it out and writing on it myself. I guess I need that tactile part to help me feel complete.

This is what it looks like, I can track how much water I drink ( I very much need to do this) I can plan my day. I have 3 top priorities for each day. Meaning if these 3 important things get done, I have had a great and successful day.

I added revenue generation in there because every day you need to ask for the money. Ask at least 20 people per day. Your competition is asking 100 people a day. That’s why they are so far ahead. I list marketing things to do- these are things that get the word out but don’t result in direct sales. I list admin tasks, most of those are delegated to a virtual assistant. and notes for myself on things what are whatever I feel like I want to get back to later.
